StackSafe is an informational tool only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication.

By using StackSafe (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they're written in plain language. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What StackSafe Is (and Isn't)

StackSafe helps you understand potential interactions between dietary supplements. The information we provide is drawn from published research, AI-assisted analysis, and curated databases — but it is for informational purposes only.

We are not a medical service. StackSafe does not:

  • Diagnose any health condition
  • Provide personalized medical advice
  • Replace the judgment of your doctor, pharmacist, or licensed healthcare provider

Before making any changes to your supplement routine, consult a qualified healthcare professional — especially if you take prescription medications or have an existing health condition.

Accuracy of Information

Supplement research is evolving. The information StackSafe provides may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your specific situation. We make reasonable efforts to keep our database current, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that the information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for entering accurate supplement names and details. We analyze what you provide — garbage in, garbage out.
  • Healthcare consultation: You agree to consult a healthcare provider before acting on any information from StackSafe, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or taking prescription medications.
  • Lawful use: You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and not to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Account security: If you have a Pro account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

Payments & Refunds

One-time stack reports

One-time report purchases are eligible for a refund within 48 hours if you have not accessed the full report. After 48 hours or once the report is accessed, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Polar, our payment processor and merchant of record.

Pro subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Polar. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's terms of service. StackSafe never stores your card details.

Intellectual Property

The StackSafe name, design, and reports generated for you are our intellectual property. You may use your generated reports for personal reference. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish reports or any part of the Service without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

StackSafe is not responsible for any harm, injury, or adverse health outcome resulting from decisions made based on information provided by this Service. You use StackSafe at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for abuse, violation of these terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid balance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date above. For material changes, we'll notify Pro subscribers by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
