When you use the stack checker, we store the supplements you enter so we can analyze interactions and return results. This data is associated with your session or account if you're logged in.
If you subscribe to StackSafe Pro, we collect your email to create your account and send you account-related communications. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Payments are processed by Polar. We never see or store your card details. Polar is the merchant of record — their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
We collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring. This data is not linked to your identity.
We use minimal cookies — primarily session cookies required to keep you logged in and maintain your stack analysis session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party ad networks operate on this site.
Our application runs on cloud infrastructure. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent) may be processed for security and performance. Your data is stored in an encrypted database with encryption at rest and in transit.
We use AI services to enrich supplement interaction data. When you analyze a stack, supplement pair names and interaction context may be processed by AI models. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Full stop. Your supplement data is used solely to provide you with the service you asked for.
Session-based stack reports are retained for a limited period to allow you to revisit your results. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@stacksafe.app.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including access to your data, correction, deletion, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@stacksafe.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest in our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify Pro subscribers by email.
