Can You Take Glutathione with Indole-3-Carbinol?
Glutathione and Indole-3-Carbinol appear to be safe together.

Detailed Analysis
Research on the interaction between Glutathione and Indole-3-Carbinol is limited. Available studies suggest that Glutathione may reduce the impact of Indole-3-Carbinol on certain biological processes, but evidence is inconclusive. No significant adverse effects have been reported. Glutathione, an antioxidant, may partly counteract the effects of Indole-3-Carbinol, a compound that can induce the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). One study indicated that inhibiting Glutathione biosynthesis increased the toxicity of phytochemicals, including Indole-3-Carbinol, to insects. This suggests a potential biochemical interaction, but human evidence is lacking.
