Detailed Analysis
When taken together, Glucosamine and Lysine do not seem to interact in a significant way. Research has shown that they can coexist in the body without any major issues. However, a study did find that they can react in water to form a new compound, but this does not appear to have any significant implications for human health. The exact mechanism of interaction between Glucosamine and Lysine is not well understood. A study found that 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (a form of Glucosamine) and Lysine can react in water to form a new compound called 2,5-bis(tetrahydroxybutyl)pyrazine. However, no mechanism of interaction was reported in humans.
